Repair and Inspection Process
1. Contact us by phone or email.
2. Shipping of the item to be repaired
3. After arrival, we will check the condition and provide you with a quote.
4. After receiving your consent, we will carry out the repair and inspection.
5. We will contact you by phone or email after the repair is complete.
6. After payment confirmation, return the item.

Payment method: Bank transfer

Regarding the return: After the repair is completed, we will ship it back to you via Yamato Transport.
For international returns, we will select the shipping method from EMS, Yamato Transport, or FedEx.

We will provide you with a quote including shipping costs in advance.

Important Notes: • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending items for repair to our company.
• Return shipping costs are included in the repair fee.
Depending on the nature of the repair and the availability of parts, we may not be able to accept your request for repair.
