Currently, we are only accepting lens modification requests for a limited range of services.
We can only fulfill orders for parts that we have in stock, so please contact us for details.

Domestic shipping: Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato)
Overseas shipping: We will use EMS as the standard method, but for countries and regions where delivery is not possible, we will ship using Yamato International Courier or FedEx.

Returns and Refunds
1. In case of product defects or initial malfunctions

If there are any defects in the product (damaged or faulty), we can provide a refund.

Please contact us within one week of purchase.

For initial defective or faulty products, the designer himself will replace or repair them free of charge.
2. Returns and cancellations due to customer reasons

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be the amount minus the card processing fee (approximately 3-4%).

If the refund is made via bank transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer if the account is not with Mitsubishi UFJ, Sumitomo Mitsui, Japan Post Bank, or Chiba Bank .
3. Troubleshooting and Repair Consultation
